Position Description:

We are seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Merchandiser to maintain route frequency for an assigned territory of stores, while executing merchandising objectives, driving sales and building retail relationships.

 Retail Sales Merchandiser to:

Ø       Responsible for maintaining the integrity of LHE planograms, display/fixture placement, new product on-sale dates, and RTV compliance for the assigned territory, as well as managing several part time merchandisers

Ø       Work with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and establish solid relationships to drive department sales

Ø       Use company provided information-gathering technology to record store level data on every service call

Ø       Rotate and stock all company authorized products as needed on every service call

Ø       Provide chain/store specific information and communication on daily basis and as requested by District Manager

Ø       Responsible for changeout projects as assigned.

Ø       High school graduate

Ø       1-3 years experience in distribution, retail or merchandising

Ø       Self starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast paced environment. This is a physically demanding job.

Ø       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to accurately report information by due dates/deadlines

Ø       Willingness to work flexible hours, with longer hours expected on Tuesdays

Ø       Reliable transportation/car insurance (monthly car allowance will be issued)

Ø       Must have internet access, computer, printer and cell phone

Ø       Must be a quick learner and detail oriented

Ø       Sales focused, opportunity for productivity incentives

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: including, but not limited to the following:

Ø       Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with no restrictions, physically challenging fast paced job.

Ø       Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, as well as repetitive had action.  It will additionally entail bending, twisting, squatting and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility.

Ø       Work is based on store requirements and could include flexible shifts (am or pm).

Ø       Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
