Job Description:

Experienced consumer collection agent who specialize in revenue recovery for Third Party Consumer debt for service and equipment.

The candidates must have a minimum 3 years collection experience. Collectors will be in constant communication with customers using both Inbound and Outbound collections strategy.

This assertive collection agent will need to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone to persuade them to pay past due amounts. Your responsibilities would be to arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations. You must be knowledgeable each day on the laws of FDCPA and collections strategy.

The ideal candidate MUST have:

·          Job longevity of at least 3 years with collection history, and a proven success rate.

·          Ability to deal with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous people in a professional manner.

·          An assertive personality who is goal oriented, disciplined and driven.

·          Knowledge of collection practices, regulations and procedures.

·          Knowledge of database and advanced internet experience / Computer skills a must

·          Strong communication and problem resolution skills are required.

·          Ability to manage time in this competitive, fast paced, and detail oriented industry
