· From day one, you will begin a training program and soon be expected to display a strong command of The Container Store’s business approach to buying philosophies, marketing strategies, visual merchandising, selling approach, inventory control, service standards, recruiting, training, and our unique company culture.
· Our “Communication is Leadership” approach to business requires that our full-time leaders take initiative to coach and development members of the team on a daily basis.
