Our Distribution Function Managers are responsible for the daily operations of their area including maintaining the budget, assuring efficient product flow, and monitoring daily performance of team members and managing quality improvement.
Responsible for managing workflow within a specific function area including the receipt, replenishment, processing, picking, and procedural accuracy verification of merchandise flow.Assures optimal productivity and accurate inventory procedures within assigned function area.Manages the resource planning of warehouse staff between function areas based on volume needs.Oversees merchandise movement ensuring high productivity and efficiency.Trains work leaders in distribution skills related to the function area.Maintains an in-depth and technical knowledge of applicable distribution center systems as they relate to the assigned functional area.Manages, motivates, mentors, and develops distribution center staff employees.
High school diploma/GED required.At least five years of directly applicable functional experience and two to five years experience in a lead or supervisory role. Bachelor's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training, and experience.
