One of America's fastest growing furniture retailers seeks energetic, highly motivated sales people and design consultants 

Skills/Qualifications:

Listening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, High Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication.

Duties:

* Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

* Advises customers by providing information on products.
* Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering   suggestions and opinions.
* Develop and maintain a customer base.
* Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

* Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  Ideal candidate is a team player, highly motivated, career-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Compensation:

Excellent commission plan plus Daily Cash incentives.
