• Product Development & Application Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to the sales team, the distributors, and the customers.  Percent of time traveling may be 30%-to-60%. 
• Define the product strategy, and manage the product lines. 
• Lead the product improvement and new product development efforts. 
• Assure that all product specifications and data sheets are up to date and maintained. 
• Develop and maintain all the price lists. 
• Update and maintain the sales and marketing tools including the web site.
• Run the Applications Laboratory. 
• Provide application data on new and existing products. 
• Collaborate in new product development and refinement.
• Manage the collaborations with Applied Materials, Ebara, and other third parties. 
• Assist in Outlook by providing rolling forecasts for sales, costs, and expenses. 
• Provide monthly reports covering key activities, support requirements, and progress against goals and objectives. 
• Other job-related duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Material Engineering or related applied science 
• Three years or more professional experience in the semiconductor, rigid disk or other related industries 
• Strong computer skills 
• Technical report writing skills 
• Sales, marketing or communication skills 
• Analytical skills
• Teamwork skills
