Hayes Management Consulting continues to experience tremendous growth and we are looking to add key players to our national GE practice.

The healthcare consultant provides effective solutions to our clients. You will help our clients manage and improve their businesses, by strategically planning, directing and coordinating activities and teams assist our clients with business operations, clinical and technical needs. You are expected to perform a variety of complex project tasks in a leadership role and independently. Extensive travel is required (80-100%). Most consultants work out of their home offices across the United States. We only require that you are accessible to a major airport.

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years GE Centricity/IDX (full ambulatory suite) implementation experience required
• Certified PMP preferred
• 5+ years experience working in a healthcare setting, physician practice or hospital required
• A solid understanding of the business aspects of healthcare based business operations, and the software/hardware used to support this experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple, complex projects with high quality results
• A strong proficiency in common PC software applications
