Title:        Director, GWAC Programs

Location:    Bethesda, MD

Job Description:
A corporate Director to manage all aspects of Catapult’s Government Wide Acquisition Programs.  Acts as the overall manager and administrator GWAC programs. Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations. Requires serving as the primary interface and point of contact with the government program authorities and representatives on program issues.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers regarding the technical scope of the GWAC and the overall attributes GWAC Program and Market the vehicle.
• Pursues opportunity under the contract vehicle including participating in the marketing, capture and proposal process
• Ensure compliance with contract requirement
• Provide all reporting information required under the Contract accurately and timely
• Resolve issues related to task order performance under the Contract

Required Skills and Experience:
* 15 years of experience in the Federal Contracting arena
* Background including both capture management and operations
* Experience in managing IDIQ or GWAC
* Experience Teaming/subcontract management, Task Order Response, Government Interface
* Previous successful GWAC or IDIQ program management experience
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
* Ability to manage a varied staff that includes employees, partner companies and/or subcontractors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (required)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (desired)
