The Springfield Headquarters is currently seeking applicants to fill a Gas Plant O&M Coordinator position in the Power Production Division at our Dell Combined Cycle Power Plant located near Blytheville, Arkansas. The Dell O&M Coordinator will monitor and evaluate Plant O&M activities to ensure maximum plant safety, availability, and reliability. This person will also assist in long range maintenance planning, annual budget preparation, and contract management of the Dell Plants O&M service provider.

Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience. At least four years of power plant O&M experience is required. This individual must have experience with the operation and maintenance of power plant equipment and systems. Power Plant controls experience is also preferred. Experience with GE 7FA combustion turbine technology in a combined cycle capacity is a plus. We are seeking an individual that is a self-starter with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
