Denham Resources seeks a General Counsel (Contractor) for an exciting opportunity with huge upside and potential for growth for the right candidate. The General Counsel will:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide legal guidance on a wide-range of issues
- Prepares and reviews various legal documents
- Sets up new business entities
- Provides legal training to internal staff when necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Must have J.D. degree with superior academic record
- 5-7 years law experience practicing law, preferably with a large firm
- Ideal candidate will have experience with Internet legal issues
