General Counsel
About the Job
Position will be involved with many areas of law, including corporate and collection law. Main duties will relate to collection law, but other projects will give experience in areas such as commercial, leases, landlord/tenant and other corporate matters.
Candidate should have strong reading and writing skills and the knowledge/ability to do some litigation work.
Ideal candidate will hold a Nebraska license or be willing to obtain said license as soon as possible. Candidate will work from the corporate office in Grand Island, NE.
