Job Summary:
Zurich is seeking a leader for its Schaumburg based Construction General Liability team. This leader will be responsible for driving excellent claims outcomes and maintaining Zurich's high level of outstanding customer service in our north central claim region. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they drive technical success and manage an efficient claim team. In addition, the candidate will be able to show how they will work successfully with our customers, agents and brokers as well as our internal partners to retain our current business and build on our success to win new customers to Zurich.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
6 or more years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have Illinois construction general liability claim handling experience along with prior employee management and leadership.
