We are seeking a Cemetery General Manager who can direct and lead cemetery operations or a cemetery/funeral home combination. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
· Ensure that a premier level of client satisfaction is provided that exceeds the expectations of any client family.
· Achieve the financial goals of the location while executing the marketing strategies of the organization in collaboration with the sales team.
· Develop and maintain a positive and productive working environment that motivates employees to strive for performance excellence.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· Must have, or be able to quickly obtain, a Texas Funeral Director and Embalmer license
· Must understand how to analyze financial reports to determine actions necessary to maintain and/or improve the location’s performance
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· A willingness to participate in community organizations
· Managerial experience required
