Commerce Corporation is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and highly capable individual to join the Commerce Leadership Team as General Manager of the Cleveland, Ohio Distribution Center.  Responsibilities will include management of and accountability for all distribution center operations with focus on customer satisfaction, cost containment, and quality control, including order selecting, checking, loading, receiving, and inventory; maintenance of warehouse equipment, safety, and physical plant improvement and maintenance. Additional leadership responsibilities include motivation and supervision of all Operations and Office team members; ensuring adherence to company policies, objectives, and directives; and supervision and mentoring of subordinate leadership team.  This position reports to the Vice President of Operations & Support Services.
