Ideal Candidate:

·         5+ years proven management skills in Independent and Assisted Living

·         Solid understanding of P&L accounting

·         Sales expertise in driving census

·         Stable work history with previous employers

·         Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

·         Genuine compassion for seniors
