Our client, a home infusion pharmacy, is actively seeking a qualified individual for a career opportunity near Atlanta, GA

Home Infusion Pharmacy - General Manager

The candidate we are seeking manages, directs and ensures all lines of business for the office operate cost-effectively, efficiently and within the standards established by company policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Program and other established rules and regulations governing the Healthcare industry.  

 

Meets or exceeds quarterly and annual established revenue growth, clinical and service standards of performance, cash flow and profit contribution goals and delivers a high degree of both internal and external customer satisfaction.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements

• Three years of management and direct supervisory experience

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare or Business, or 5 years in qualified position

• Three to five years experience in Home Health Care

• Experience with business plan and budget execution

• Experience with accounts receivable and contract management

• Demonstrated success with meeting financial goals

• Knowledge of State, Federal, local, JCAHO or ACHP accreditation, and OSHA rules and regulations.

• Ability to provide leadership and direction to a management team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle stress

• Ability to travel to the job site

• Valid current drivers license and evidence of automobile insurance

  

QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred

• Masters Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration

• Three years experience in alternate site infusion therapy

Hours: days.

The full-time pay rate is salary plus bonus, and depends on experience of the candidate.   Very competitive compensation, including bonus.  Strong well run operation, with good opportunty for the right individual.  Very strong benefits package.he nation's capital Washington DC.
