Job Duties and Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for all administration, warehouse and installation activities of assigned office(s). Ensures a high level of profitability, overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, internal and external growth, and maximization of asset utilization, in order to achieve company goals.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 2-4 years related experience; including 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. A background check and drug test will be preformed as part of pre-employment.
