As the overall leader of the community, your dynamic leadership will be instrumental in leading other department heads and staff members in providing top of the line service to our residents.  You will play a vital role in overseeing Resident Services, Health & Wellness, Food Service, Plant Operations, Housekeeping and Administration departments.  You will comply with industry regulations and legal issues; have a professional, energetic presence; stay aware of trends in the industry; and proactively drive our progress.  This position will allow you to utilize your skills while making a positive impact on peoples’ lives.

If you are a self-motivated, results-driven, experienced business professional with exceptional skills in the area of staff management, verbal and written communication, internal and external customer service, community marketing and staff motivation skills, we want to talk to you!  You must possess at least 5 years of management experience, preferably in the senior living or hospitality industries.
