POSITION SUMMARY:
As the General Manager for the newly created Los Angeles branch, you will use your experience, contacts in the region, and industry know-how to manage the operations already in place while pushing to gain a larger share of the Los Angeles market.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
5+ years of industry specific management experience preferred
Superior sales, communication, organizational and presentation skills
Some level of industry affiliations (IFMA, BOMA, BSCAI)
Proven track record of positive contribution to a bottom line
