Job Description

General Manager

Overland Solutions, Inc. (OSI) has a rich history with more than 80 years of experience in providing premium audits services to customers. As the industry leader, OSI maintains an all employee audit workforce to ensure trained professional are available nationwide. OSI provides multiple audit services and employs a combination of physical, telephone, and voluntary audit functions into any underwriting strategy.

 

As a General Manager you will work from our branch office located in Burbank, CA and perform the following duties:

·         Manage branch functions

·         Responsible for maximizing revenue, profits, and other benchmarking goals identified

·         Excellent knowledge of commercial lines and premium audits

·         Build a cohesive team to drive new business and motivate field staff

·         Work with managers and supervisors to create change

·         Hire and develop field reps

·         Ability to make tough decisions and stand by them

·         Assist in the coordination of relief trips
