PETCO has been helping humans and animals bond since 1965. While it’s true that we are recognized for our best-in-class grooming and training services, as well as our comprehensive line of pet merchandise and natural foods, these attributes are only a piece of our vision as a company.

Our 950+ store locations promote adoption and frequently partner with local communities to promote adoption efforts. The PETCO Foundation, rated a "four-star charity organization" by Charity Navigators, conducts year-round fundraising activities and partners with local and national animal welfare and charity groups to help animals and humans in need.

We provide a fun, challenging and team-oriented career environment, which is enhanced by a variety of training and development programs. We also encourage community involvement and reward excellence through our recognition program.
