General Manager:
We are seeking leaders who want the opportunity to: -Responsible for Profit and Loss management and controlling expenses.
- Be part of this growing pet retailer, which currently is the #1 Independent Pet Retailer in Southern California!
- Lead and develop a store staff of 10 – 20 team members in the areas of superior customer service, pet nutrition, and the company culture and values.
- Consistently increase sales goals and average ticket over previous year through training and motivating your team.
- Budget payroll, controllable expenses and inventory on hand ensuring optimum growth.
- Hire and develop staff and floor supervisors,to build a team that’s committed to great customer service and the health of pets.
- Create a great shopping experience for the pet and their owner with eye catching and powerful merchandising techniques.
