We are Trigo Bread, the franchise operator of Panera Bread bakery café’s in Southwest Michigan and Central Ohio. Our parent organization has over 30 years of history in the foodservice industry across multiple franchise concepts. We are a premier organization in the franchise community focused on growth for our organization and our people.  We currently operate 20 bakery cafes with plans to open additional bakery cafes.

We are currently seeking Managers and Supervisors to be operators, leaders, and partners in our bakery café’s. We seek only those candidates with the following qualifications:

We provide Management professionals with a highly competitive compensation package with achievable tiered bonus opportunities.  Great performers can( and do) achieve $5-10k in quarterly bonuses. We provide 3-10 weeks of paid training, great benefits, 401k, vacation and a sense of ownership.
