National Company (listed on the NYSE) Seeking Sales and Operations General Managers with Great Leadership Skills

This position will be responsible for achieving sales and service results for a team within an assigned territory;  total P & L accountability including budgeting and managing operational expenses;  direction of the activity of all personnel including recruiting, hiring, training, development and motivation. 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining communication between sales personnel, service personnel, and our customers.  He or She will also provide strategic overviews to upper management about their territories, personnel issues, growth opportunities, and forecasting.

Requirements

The candidate must have at least five years or more of general management experience with total Profit and Loss accountability for the operations of the location while increasing revenue growth.

In addition, the candidate must have a successful history of employee retention and customer retention, with experience in selection and team development.  Hands on management experience necessary.

Service industry, retail, or delivery route management experience preferred.  Bachelor's degree preferred.
