The Genesys Developer will provide Tech Development Lead capabilities for major development projects, ensure code reviews, and manage a team of developers. This individual can work in Columbus, OH or Des Moines, IA.
This position is a top level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming. This person acts independently under general direction and provides technical consulting on complex projects. The role devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. The Genesys Developer is responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. This person has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming.
The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
Eight years of experience in programming and systems analysis
Three years of experience in project management is preferred
