Description

  • Will work on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex business requirements and processes (new, enhancements, maintenance), and develops and prepares solutions.
  • Performs and leads modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
  • Verifies program logic by preparing test data for trial runs, tests and debugs programs. Participates in the overall systems testing.
  • Supports the implementation of the application into production.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration and Maintenance of the GIM (Genesys InfoMart) software, DB (Database) and scheduled jobs
  • Troubleshooting ETL processes
  • Working with the DBA to make changes, upgrades, hot fixes as necessary
  • Working with Report Developers to identify data elements within GIM
  • Provide guidance for test plans and testing scenarios in the GIM environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have PROVEN skills and demonstrated working knowledge of:
    • Oracle or SQL server 2005
    • Genesys InfoMart
  • Complete understanding of the GIM schema and ETL jobs
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Genesys Interactive Insights experience
  • Genesys Advisor experience
  • Call Center Technologies experience (IVR, Call Routing, Workforce Management, and Reporting)
  • Java or ASP.Net skills
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal, with multitasking capabilities, and a good sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Strong follow through with little supervision
  • 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience
  • Travel will be necessary on a regular basis
