Geospatial Analyst - TS/SSBI Required
Las Cruces, NM
Job Description: - Perform research, maintain databases, contribute to the preparation of analytical and technical reports and publications, prepare graphics and provide presentations
- Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to extract and/or access geospatial information, derivative information, and multi-intelligence data to provide requirements, currency, accuracy, readiness, responsiveness, data integrity, and relevancy recommendations that support the analysis and visualization of geospatial data available for use by the military, intelligence, and policy-making communities
Qualifications: - Requires a Bachelors of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geography, remote sensing, or other related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Proficient with one or more tools: ERDAS Imagine, ESRI Arc suite (ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcIMS, ArcSDE), SOCCET, GXP
Preferred Additional Skills: - Prefer experience with modeling, spatial regression analysis and/or human terrain analysis
This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SSBI clearance and to maintain the clearance.
