POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field
- 5+ years Process development experience
- 5+ years experience in a Biopharmaceutical lab and manufacturing environment
- 2+ years experience in microbial fermentation, continuous flow centrifugation, tangential flow filtration, ultra-filtration, cell dispersion, protein purification in GLP & GMP environment
- Strength in troubleshooting, analytical skills and problem solving abilities
- Strength in communication & presentation skills to internal and external individuals
- Experienced with manufacturing and manufacturing development
- Process validation experience along with the ability to break down processes and design process qualification protocols
- Background includes experience in fermentation of Bacillus sp. and bacterial signaling pathways
