We are looking for Technical Communication Consultants
with proven to join our nationwide network of top consulting
professionals. We anticipate multiple requests to provide Technical
Writers, Medical Writers, and Documentation Specialists for our clients
in the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Medical and
Pharmaceutical industries. If you have the following qualifications, we

& Certified Project Management and Facilitation consultants for our
clients in the Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, and
Pharmaceutical industries. If you have the following preferred

Qualifications:

-          Experience as an Instructional Designer, Project Manager and/or Facilitator/Trainer

-          Experience
in Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical,
biomedical, biotechnology, energy, or chemical industry strongly desired

-          Knowledge
and familiarity with programs such as Lectora, Captivate, Flash,
Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Authorware, FrameMaker, Articulate, Camtasia,
Breeze, etc.

-          E-Learning and/or blended learning experience

-          Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

-          Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Instructional Technology, Education or related field preferred

We are also looking for Learning and Development professionals
with proven experience in Instructional Design and Development,
Training, Project Management and Facilitation interested in joining our
nationwide network of top consultants.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree, Masters or PhD

-3+
years of Technical Writing/Communications experience in manufacturing,
financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biomedical or
biotechnology industries

-Experience interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Experience using Chicago Manual of Style (CMS) or Microsoft Manual of Style

And one or more of the following set of expertise:  

-Experience in Documentation creation, Process improvement, compliance writing and creating user guides and reference guides

-Experience creating user guides and online help for software applications

-Experience developing API documents for software application

-Experience in writing Policy & Procedure Manuals, as well as Operation Manuals
