Too Much Media is looking for entry level support technicians/developers. Candidates will work closely with our clients in order to assist with any questions or problems that may arise during the day to day functioning of our software. As such, communication skills are required, allowing for greater understanding of the client's problem in order to come to a speedy and effective resolution.

Recommended Skills:

• An understanding of computer programming, experience and knowledge in server-side scripting is a requirment, experience and knowledge of PHP is a plus.


• A basic understanding of Database structure, use, and manipulation, experience in MySQL is an advantage.

• The Candidate will be working closely with clients with a wide range of technical backgrounds. The Candidate must be able to communicate respectfully and be able to understand the client's needs.

• The Candidate will be working through a custom support ticket system and must be able to recognize relevant information and ask appropriate questions to better understand the problem in order to find the solution. The Candidate must be able to read through our product's code in order to find the source of any bugs or other issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  
• Experience in a Support team or Customer service environment is a benefit.
