Home Infusion- Director of Operations

We are looking for a true leader- one that understands how to drive the top
line and profitability, and at the same time build and mentor teams.... all
while meeting the exceptional customer service levels that our clients
expect across the USA!

If you have experience in managing multi-site Operations in Specialty
Pharmacies,  Home Infusion or DME/Respiratory and are in search of a new
home where you can be an integral part of SUCCESS- you may be perfect for

In this critical Sr. Operations role, you will be assisting us with:

*         Manage P&L operations in the Texas market, including oversight of
multiple branch office locations in the home infusion/specialty pharmacy
arena.
*        Provide direction to General Managers and functional area leaders
to ensure profitability, operational and clinical goals are defined and
realized.
*         Provide leadership role for organizational and operational
improvement initiatives, assist in driving sales from a managed market
perspective
*         Identify and implement best practice programs and policies

including customer service, revenue cycle management and clinical
operations.

*         5-7 years experience in the Home Infusion, Home Care, Specialty
Pharmacy or DME arena
*         Bachelors of Science; MBA a plus- Clinical Degree (Pharm D, Rph or
BSN) is a plus, but not necessary

*         Extensive expertise in multi site mgmt, managed care and
reimbursement

*         Interpersonal skills necessary to manage staff and build
relationships.
*         Able to travel; some overnight travel is expected.
