Location : but the person must be willing to relocateto DC/Mid West Program Manager - Job Description - Mentor and guide several project managers and project leads on key project activities - Provide professional advice to stakeholders - Develop and maintain relationships with clients where appropriate - Provide support to Business Development Manager to develop new opportunities where appropriate - Proactively manage projects on need basis to ensure that project deliverable are met on schedule - Actively manage budget - Establish reporting mechanism to update internal corporate and client side management - Forecast and perform project financial reporting and help with client invoicing - Work with PMs to prepare work statements and project schedules as required Program Manager - Experience - 7+ years of project management experience - 10+ total industry experience - Experience in dealing with federal government is a plus - Experience with Siebel Call center implementation program management is highly desired. - Siebel CRM experience and knowledge is a plus Project Manager - Job Description - Develop the project schedule - Ensure delivery of project, documentation and other deliverables in line with the project methodology - Identify and manage all project issues and risks and, bring them to the attention of the PMO for resolution or action as appropriate - Responsible for preparing status reports and deliver to the client and PMO - Ensure that standards and project methodology as defined by the PMO are adhered to throughout the project life cycle - Liaise with client to ensure that all requirements are taken into consideration as the project progresses - Identify changes that cannot be accommodated within agreed time, budget and quality - Identify and fulfill resource needs in consultation with the PMO and HR - Manage sub teams within the project - Provide technical guidance as appropriate and necessary Project Manager - Experience - 5+ years of project management experience - 7+ total industry experience - Siebel CRM experience is a must - Strong technical background is a plus Thanks Amitanshu
