The position for which we’re hiring offers the right person an opportunity to play a critical role, helping to grow an incredibly innovative, fast-paced, and fun E-commerce-based marketing business that is in its early stages, called BuyWithMe (www.BuyWithMe.com).
This position will help lead the development and direction, planning and execution of BuyWithMe’s sales function, focusing on delivering strong results across BuyWithMe's markets.
It will be your job, among other things, to take charge of the following:
1) build a robust pipeline of deals offered by local merchants
2) secure partnerships with strategic players core to our business planning
3) help hire and train BuyWithMe sales staff upon national rollout

Experience and Attributes Desired:
1+ year of media sales experience (ideally focused on consumer businesses). Demonstrated ability to identify and secure high-value partnerships and train personnel with a focus on consistency and process; and a very solid sense for what sells and why.
Strong Leadership: identify potential merchant partners, build robust pipeline of promotions and close deals efficiently
Embraces Change: experience managing fast-paced changes while delivering strong results
Operates with Discipline: experience in handling multiple priorities, follow through, managing with a scarcity mindset, focused on results
Strong Communication Skills: strengths in written and oral communication skills including conceptual selling, presentation development and deployment, leading and facilitating meetings, and handling objections
Thinks and Acts Decisively: able to sort through data to identify issues and make informed and timely decisions
