Assisted Living Coordinator
About the Job
Responsible for coordinating patient care within the assisted living center. Assesses each resident's needs and coordinates the delivery of care and services to meet those needs. Responsible for administering medication, conducting necessary assessments and maintains each resident’s medical chart. Supervises all assisted living staff members and directs the daily activities of the staff. Has direct contact with residents and family members on a daily basis.
