Skills/Qualifications:

• Borland Delphi application development
• Experience using/developing ActiveX
• Experience in Client / Server development
• Exposure to Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle 11g, Firebird or Interbase
• Must be able to work with Customers and Technical Support to efficiently trouble shoot issues
• Must have a basic understanding of software development concepts, theory, and operations
• Must be able to work both independently and on a team

• Effectively applies strong problem-solving/debugging skills; Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem and think abstractly to work through and solve it.

• Must be able to multi- task and work on a large number of complex designs at one time to support all of the on- going initiatives
• BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
• A test will be given to evaluate expected skills in Delphi and SQL
