Our growing company is currently seeking a Global CTO for our Nashville, TN location.

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: 

·         Responsible for providing the strategic vision and delivery of the standards, designs, architectures and core processes to ensure that Sitel has the appropriate infrastructure to meet operational service delivery for the contact centers, home workers, and enterprise administration.

·         Responsibility encompasses Global voice, data systems and data centers, networks, applications and IT security including Capacity and availability management

·         Provide the internal technology consultancy function for IT groups, Sales, operations, relationship management and clients

·         Provide Design, and costing support to the bid / sales functions

·         To ensure that the technology is implemented to meet Sitel security policy and external policy and governance requirements such as PCI

·         Responsibility for relationships and technical management of key vendors including structuring and negotiating supplier agreement

·         Identify and drive to conclusion cost saving, improvement and innovation opportunities

·         Direct responsibility for the delivery of transformation and major IT projects

·         Ensure that the CTO team can provide tier 4 support across all domain areas

·         Focus on availability and uptime in context to technology and architecture

·         Create/Provide benchmarking standards ( availability, financial, uptime ) to be able to performance assess the service delivery

·         Provide C level/Executive support for M&A, investment and business activities

·         Strong collaboration across the IT organization and business functions in order to sell new ideas and gain buy-in.

Typical Qualifications: 

·         BS/BA in engineering, computer science or related field/equivalent work experience preferred.

·         Supervisory and managerial experience for groups of 25 or more (multi-site, multi-country). 10+ years of experience with wide and local area networks/voice systems, Call Center related Applications, IT Security, Data Systems and Data Centers - including experience global service providers. Budgeting experience - including responsibility for monitoring vendor contracts, capital acquisition and expense planning. 10+ years of general business operations, process management negotiation with vendors and quality (with focus on telecommunications, systems, applications and network services design, planning and execution).

·         Superior presentation, written and verbal communication skills.  Call center infrastructure, operations and applications.  Strategic business and technical analysis, ability to conceptualize, define, explain and plan execution around technology.  Strong leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills
