Global IT and SAP SD Process Manager
About the Job
The Global IT and SD Processes Manager will plan, direct, and manage the daily operations of the information technology (IT) department. Establishes IT department policies and procedures. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and security of all company servers, hardware, software, phone system and other miscellaneous, peripheral information system equipment. Analyzes the needs of departments and establishes priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Ensures that all system platforms are functional and secure. The Global IT and SD Processes Manager must also have an understanding of the business processes related to the SAP Sales and Distribution processes and the following integration areas; WM, MM and FICO.
Minimum Job Requirements:
A Four year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field is required (Masters preferred).
4 plus years of experience with the sales and distribution processes and 4 plus years of SAP (or equivalent) experience in relevant areas of SD modules and their integration across SAP is required.
5 plus years of project management experience is required.
Multinational ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.
Prior experience with ASAP or related project management methodology is desired.
Previous experience in manufacturing industries is required.
Candidate must possess a customer focus, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, excellent project management skills, business analysis capabilities and relationship management skills; English language skills are required. Additional languages are an asset; strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required.
