Industry leading, global chemical manufacturer seeking Global Chemical Procurement Manager:
Education/Qualifications Required: Relevant technical bachelor's degree, master's degree is desirable. 10 years experience in a significant procurement role leading creation/implementation of chemicals/ore/raw materials strategy. Responsibility for $1.4 Billion annual spend. Experience with global procurement of chemicals, bulk raw materials, or ore.

Primary Function:· This position will support all activities in connection with development, sourcing, and implementation of the Global Ore and raw materials strategy and will work with a cross-functional team to develop strategy and sourcing delivery. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in global negotiations, contracts, procurement and strategic development. Minimum five years international business experience with chemical or industrial firm. |
Business/Industry Specific:· In keeping alignment with the Global procurement strategy, responsibilities will include managing contracts, developing supplier relationships while continuously maintaining accountability for all aspects of strategy deployment.
