


See what we're all about... Job Summary: Leads business activities on a global basis with Retailers and the Retail Industry under General Manager's guidance. Drives UL's relevance to Retailers and Retail Industry. Develops and implements strategies with product industries and business lines to drive existing and new business opportunities for UL. Also implements retail strategies with corporate marketing to drive consumer awareness of UL and influence consumer buying decisions. Works to develop and maintain a Supplier Training Platform with product industries and UL University for Retailers and their suppliers. Maintains an Internal communication platform to help UL better understand needs of Retailers and Retail Industry. Job Responsibilities: · Works on developing and implementing retail strategies with UL industries, business lines and corporate marketing. · Manages the day-to-day operations of Global Retail Division. · Translates strategy & vision into executable plans, and ensure completion. · Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. · Performs other duties as directed. Required Skills: · University degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fields with ten years of related experiences. · Must have minimum of 5 years of experience at a major Retailer, a Retail Industry Association, or a consultancy practice specializing in the Retail Industry. · Demonstrated ability to manage objectives, staffing and budgets on a global basis · Demonstrated leadership and management skills · Working knowledge of product safety, quality and environmental issues, needs and challenges Look at what we can do together!
