DescriptionResponsible for successful project management of the Global Talent Management System. This includes overall change management, stakeholder communication, needs assessment, design, implementation and enhancements.
Project manage enhancements to existing modules and either support or manage implementation of new modules (depending on content) and all related stakeholder communications.
Document performance management and org and talent review processes (those inside and outside GTMS)
Influence and educate key business and HR leaders in core HR Global
Processes Oversee creation and implementation GTMS related training and development tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced degree in business or HR preferred
  • Minimum 10 years work experience. Broad based generalist/OD experience in HR or leading change across a multifunctional multi country business. Experience implementing new tools and metrics and reporting in any environment would be beneficial. Ability to navigate a multi-regional environment/culture. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of performance and succession planning and the processes to support it.

  • Knowledge & Skills Required: Strong project management, change management, influence, problem solving, communication, and the ability to deliver results/meet deadlines. Experience identifying and tracking KPI's. Must have excellent computer skills and be able to create intermediate level excel and powerpoint presentations. Knowledge & Skills Preferred: Experience in implementation of large global technology & successful vendor management.
Tasks
  • Manage GTMS technology to ensure all functionality and data security work as they should. Act as project manager for PM and Talent Module and other new modules that are within the scope of Director of Talent Development. For modules when the project manager is outside of Talent Development (i.e. Comp), liaise with those project managers to help them understand what needs to happen to ensure success pre and post implementation.
  • Implement improvements and documentation to Talent Development processes (inside and outside of GTMS). Help define and track key performance indicators.
  • Interface on a regular basis with key stakeholders (HR Leadership Team, select business advisors, TM Core Team and HR Community, and IT) to understand business needs and what is working well and what can be improved. Implement feedback mechanisms. Execute plans to improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Provide direct guidance to the GTMS Super User and other team members (GTMS training and reporting) to ensure they are meeting performance expectations. Help define and improve enhancements to training and reporting, including how GTMS is used for Org and Talent Review meetings.
  • Assure long term process improvements including transition current Lotus Notes PMP & One Pager System into the GTMS.
