Governance and Proxy Administrative Assistant

About the Job


The Administrative Assistant supports two senior managers and one manager in the Governance and Proxy Team. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, generating correspondence, completing expense reports, filing and timekeeping assistance. This position involves frequent contact with a variety of people both inside and outside the organization. The Administrative Assistant must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality. Additional activities may include participation in a variety of projects and reporting.

Demonstrates ability to influence others.
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.
Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.
Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner.
Demonstrates effective and professional service orientation and builds rapport with internal and external contacts.
Consistently demonstrates the ability to evaluate and appropriately address privacy and confidentiality concerns when dealing with others.
Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software and applies it to work assignments.
Demonstrates working knowledge of department’s function and applies it to work assignments.
