·         AIT IV - Lowry Computer Products, one of the nation’s leading automatic identification/data capture (AIDC) solution providers, today announced that they have been selected by the U.S. Army’s Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) to provide Automatic Identification Technology to the U.S Department of Defense (DoD), U.S Coast Guard (CG), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Coalition Partners and other Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The contract, which was awarded to Lowry Computer Products and other awardees, has a potential value in excess of $400 million based on this multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

·         GSA Schedule 70 – Since 1997 Lowry has maintained a GSA Schedule 70 –
General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services.

 We are looking for a strong Government Account Executive in the DC area to:

·         Maximize revenue

·         Promote our contract vehicles

·         Manage sales process for current and future government projects

·         Sell company products and services through direct solicitation

·         Serve as liaison between government agencies and appropriate company departments

·         Contribute to the development of special products/applications for government use

·         Ensure proper sales services support is provided after sales

Requirements:

·         Four year degree

·         Minimum 5 years in Federal Government Sales

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills

·         Effective marketing and selling skills

·         Government contract knowledge preferred

·         Proven track record of success

·         Military background a plus

·         History of working with DoD Prime Contractors a plus
