Government Accounts - Business Development Sales Manager Small Projects

About the Job

Compliance Team has an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced with building relationships, writing proposals, and winning government contracts for technical and engineering related service needs of governments.  


Responsibilities:



  • Identify technical government contract opportunities; develop business relationships, and proposals.
  • Manage full contract life-cycle activities to include proposal pricing, contracts management, analyze and evaluate contract performance if it adheres to government specifications and requirements and assist for contract closing.
  • Assist with planning and development of new business and contract task order pricing. 

 


Skills and Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 3 Years of Government Contract Sales Experience
  • Must have experience writing proposals for commissioning services, small project design / engineering, small project / construction management, HVAC system installations, and technical writing for supporting project engineers.
  • Proposal Writing Skills and Knowledge Of Contracting Language
  • Relationship Building and Team Selling Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Negotiating, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability To Travel

 


Education and Other Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred  
  • Working knowledge of relevant federal regulations
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate work with others
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
