Compliance Team has an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced with building relationships, writing proposals, and winning government contracts for technical and engineering related service needs of governments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify technical government contract opportunities; develop business relationships, and proposals.
- Manage full contract life-cycle activities to include proposal pricing, contracts management, analyze and evaluate contract performance if it adheres to government specifications and requirements and assist for contract closing.
- Assist with planning and development of new business and contract task order pricing.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 Years of Government Contract Sales Experience
- Must have experience writing proposals for commissioning services, small project design / engineering, small project / construction management, HVAC system installations, and technical writing for supporting project engineers.
- Proposal Writing Skills and Knowledge Of Contracting Language
- Relationship Building and Team Selling Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal, Negotiating, and Presentation Skills
- Ability To Travel
Education and Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred
- Working knowledge of relevant federal regulations
- Ability to work independently and coordinate work with others
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
