Summary
Chenega's Corporate Compliance Manager assists with ensuring compliance with the various Government contracting regulations across our subsidiary companies and at the Corporate Office. Provides assistance in the review of RFP's and the resulting pricing cost models to ensure compliance with RFP terms, FAR, and Chenega's Estimating System policy and procedures. Assists with the development and enforcement of Chenega's Government Contracting policy and procedures as required for Government contractors and SBA 8(a) Business Development Program participants. Provides DCAA audit support over-sight.

1. Assists in the development and execution of corporate-wide accounting and contracting policies and procedures that comply with CAS, FAR and FAR supplemental regulations, as well as any other relevant contracting regulations and laws. Ensure policies and procedures are being consistently followed by all subsidiaries through review of accounting information and results during the year.
2. Assist with analysis and establishment of indirect rate structures for Corporate and subsidiaries. Assist with the maintenance of allocation models within Deltek Costpoint and ensure accuracy in cost allocation. Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and relevant DCAA audit guidance.
3. Assist in developing indirect rates for pricing purposes across the family of companies and review pricing proposals for appropriate indirect rate development and application. Also perform DCAA risk assessment type QA reviews of proposals prior to submission to the government. These reviews are intended to pin-point areas that should be further reviewed or revised as they would be potential DCAA audit areas.
4. Provide support to Director of Business Services in dealings with external auditors, including governmental and financial.
5. Applies current knowledge of statutes and regulations pertaining to government contractors, to include among others FAR, CAS, FAR Supplements, and SBA requirements, to ensure operations and supporting systems are in full compliance.
6. Perform cost impact analysis on proposed accounting system and procedure changes for both Corporate and subsidiaries to ensure compliance and positive cost impacts prior to accounting changes being implemented.
7. Work closely with contract pricing and compensation personnel to ensure Chenega's compensation plan remains in compliance with FAR requirements and DCAA audit guidance related to pricing labor rates.
8. Moderate travel is required

Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferable with emphasis in Accounting (we may consider substitution of the right experience). Three years or more of DCAA experience, preferably at the senior auditor level or higher (we may consider substitution of the right experience). One or more years in a position that involved accounting related project and program management. Accounting experience with government contracting sector is preferred.
Computer Skills
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint Accounting system desirable
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with skills such as the ability to merge documents, create complex spreadsheets, s and reports using data between software programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance:
• BA/BS Degree with emphasis in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant Certification preferred
• DCAA senior auditor or supervisory auditor experience highly desirable
• Government contracting experience highly desirable
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Must be well-organized, able to meet hard deadlines, time schedules.
