Grain Marketer-Outstanding Position!

I am working with a company that is looking for a Grain Marketer for their establishment.  This individual will be involved in coordinating the purchase, storage, handling and marketing of all grain transactions in a manner that will optimize the company market share and savings, improve company efficiency, help achieve company mission and goods and maintain outstanding customer service.  This is a great position for someone who is currently in the grain business who is looking to take the next step in their career!

Duties will include communicating company grain policies to employees and patrons and to determine daily bids based on desired margins and freight rates.  This position will be involved in developing and implementing programs and tools to establish customers preferred merchandiser!  The grain marketer will uphold cooperative policies, perform other duties as assigned by management and will enforce and uphold the company credit policy.

This individual MUST have extensive knowledge and experience in the grain business with a background in grain merchandising, grain marketing, grain purchasing, origination and cleaning and knowledge of equipment used in the grain industry.  This person must also possess strong managerial skills and be detail-oriented. 

This company is going to be very selective in the person they choose, but they are also looking to fill this position ASAP when they find the right individual.  They are known for treating their employees very well and are fair and will compensate accordingly.
