·        Performs equipment set up, calibration, testing, trouble shooting on computer, software and networking problems and performs minor pms in the Print Department and adjusts equipment or files as necessary to meet established standards.

·        Operates and trains the use of conventional or digital printing equipment and software to prepare various types of printed products

·        Responsible for product quality and conformance of all products generated from the Print Department including color matching and adjustment. Provide guidance and adherence to Standard Work Layouts (SWL) along with developing additional SWL’s for appropriate operation functions

·        Be initial go to person for items of concern related to the Printing Department.

·        Anticipates daily production schedule for planning work and personnel assignments in the Print Department.

·        Responsible for attendance and Staff scheduling for the Print Department, provides recommendations for staff changes due to volume. Performs the redeployment of Staff that will address the changing  production demands of the Printing and Fulfillment Departments

·        Champions concierge support activities providing custom personalized products based upon Customer requests

·        Supervises personnel in performing operations according to sound operating principles and company policies, training and procedures.
