Job Description:

Lead and inspire a creative team. Develop and execute flawless packaging, merchandising and collateral solutions that nurtures and develops the WoodCrafters brand.  Implement the visual design and brand standards to assure a strong, integrated brand presence across all packaging, media platforms, in-store and corporate environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Guide projects through the design and commercialization process.

Manage the graphic design team and print shop.

Responsible for all product photography. 

Provide design leadership for implementation of packaging, merchandising and collateral for our brands and corporate identinty.

Requirements:

Brand and design experience, with substantial exposure to variety of disciplines including brand strategy, identity development, print and digital marketing materials, packaging, merchandising and collateral materials.

Ability to work well within an organization to guide individuals toward a common vision of the brand.

Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office

Knowledge in product photography

Attention to detail

Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member

Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

Demonstrate creativity
