Position Summary:

Responsible for design execution of tabletop designs for Pressware and Sourced Products. Identify appropriate decorative design resources required to execute new product portfolio. Provide color and trend direction input for Tabletop ideation and new product development. Manage Research projects. Provide creative planning and execution  for trade shows, customer presentations and other display functions.    

Essential Functions:

:Design execution for tabletop product. Ensure integrety of the design is maintained through manufacturing.

:Provide color and trend directions for tabletop and other WKI brands.

:Provide creative planning and execution for trade shows, customer presentations and other display functions.

:Manage pattern research projects for tabletop

:Lead the design selection process for tabletop patterns

Qualifications:

*BA is Fine Arts or related field or 10 years of graphic design experience.

**Advanced Adobe user. Broad computer knowledge in graphic design programs.

**Strong presentation skills and advanced user of PowerPoint.

** Design or equivalent relevant years of hand on experience in craft/design support applications;

**Stong ability to muli-task and manage projects

**Experience operating different types of equipment including printers, PC and MAC, and digital imaging tools;

**Strong interpersonal skills, coordination and relationship building with strong customer focus;

**Good communication skills
