Commercial and digital print and marketing communications firm seeks designer with 2-3 years of experience to Graphic Design position. The individual must possess solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Quark Xpress. You will be responsible for original creative design and production design work for a variety of client materials. Printers Square produces all forms of print communication material from business cards to annual reports.

With such a wide range of materials you must be very detailed oriented. You should have a strong knowledge in print specifications and requirements for traditional offset printing presses, as well as file prep for the latest technology digital presses. A detail oriented person will excel in this position.

You must be able to work directly with clients, have strong communication and critical thinking skills. Clients rely on our knowledge in many areas – printing, marketing, communications, online campaigns, etc. Supporting these clients with strong design, but equally important detailed proofing and drafting of communications elements is extremely important.

As a designer you will also work closely with our pre-press production department. You will assist in file prep and production including pre-flight, imposition and plating when necessary and should be willing to be an integral part of a dedicated, ”work hard, get it done, exceed the clients’ expectations” group of people.

Salary range will be $35,000 - $40,000. Excellent benefits.
