Franklin American Mortgage Company, one of the largest mortgage bankers in the country, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with experience in print design and working knowledge of web graphics and web applications to join our marketing team. The individual must be a team player with experience in graphic design and all aspects of print design media. Candidate will work directly with the VP of Marketing as well as marketing team and be responsible for design and layout of print collateral including project management.

Candidate will work with different divisions daily to implement new and existing projects. Position includes unique opportunities to design and develop corporate marketing materials including brochures, flyers, post cards, print advertisements, corporate banners and signage, etc. This is an exciting, fast-paced position where creative thinking is encouraged.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.


• Two to four years of experience.


• Impressive print portfolio that demonstrates strong design skills.

• Proficiency in the following software:

o        Adobe Photoshop

o        Adobe Illustrator

o        Adobe InDesign

o        Adobe Acrobat

o        Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

• Working knowledge of Internet and email applications.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

·         Ability to follow/execute corporate design standards.

• Must be team oriented with exceptional communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.

Beneficial, but not required:

• HTML knowledge


• Experience with Flash


• Experience with Dreamweaver


• Experience in the mortgage industry


• Corporate environment experience a plus


• Advanced Powerpoint presentation knowledge
